1. Delivery policy
Products purchased from Invitations-2-Go will be available for download once the order is confirmed and payment has cleared via PayPal. Customers must be logged into their account in order to download their product. If the customer is unable to download the product for some reason, they can notify Invitations-2-Go and their product will be emailed to them. 2. Payment Full payment for products is required prior to the product being available for download. Payment must be made via PayPal. Invitations-2-Go cannot accept any other method of payment. PayPal provides for safe and secure transaction environment and buyers may be covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection policies. To view the PayPal Buyer Protection policies, please visit the PayPal website. Invitations-2-Go recommends that buyers keep a copy of the transaction receipt from PayPal. 3. Refunds Due to the electronic nature of this product, Invitations-2-Go does not offer refunds. 4. Other fees and charges Invitations-2-Go is not liable for any bank fees or currency conversion fees the customer may incur as a result of the purchase of Invitations-2-Go's products. All transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless an alternate currency is selected on the site prior to purchase. 5. Ownership All designs remain the property of Invitations-2-Go, even after purchase. 6. Copyright Invitations-2-Go owns the copyright for all invitation and place card designs, and logos. As such, our invitations and place cards may not be sold, copied, reproduced or altered without prior written permission of Invitations-2-Go. Invitations-2-Go reserves the right to place a discreet logo, label or similar incorporating our web address and logo or copyright symbol to each product we sell. On-sale or copying of our invitation designs and place cards is strictly prohibited. All designs are subject to the Australian Copyright Act and other International Acts. Invitations-2-Go reserves the right to use any of our designs, including designs created for custom invitations, for advertising, as samples or as products for sale. 7. Custom Invitations Invitations-2-Go reserves the right to refuse any request for a custom design or order. Orders will be refused where the content (text, graphics or photographs) provided by the customer is deemed by Invitations-2-Go to be inappropriate. Inappropriate content includes but is not limited to content that is crude, pornographic, obscene, immoral, violent, or defamatory. In the case of custom invitations, a minimum additional fee of $60 is payable in addition to the invitation purchase price. This fee must be paid prior to delivery of the product. Invitations-2-Go will provide a first proof of the custom invitation to the customer within an agreed timeframe, usually 5 working days. The customer may request changes be made to the proof up to a maximum of three (3) times. Invitations-2-Go is not liable for any dissatisfaction with the final product where the cause is misunderstanding, lack of information from the customer, delayed submission of content from the customer, delayed feedback on the proof from the customer or as a result of incorrect content. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they check the proof for correct content prior to the finalization of the product. 8. Cancellation of orders Orders cannot be changed or cancelled following payment. The exception to this rule is custom invitations, which may be cancelled any time up to the first proof being provided to the customer. 9. Links Invitations-2-Go contains links to other sites. Invitations-2-Go is not responsible for the content, or privacy policies and practices of any such other sites. Users are encouraged to be aware of when they are leaving the Invitations-2-Go site and to read the privacy statements of these other sites. 10. Pricing Invitations-2-Go reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. 11. Surveys & Contests On occasions we may request information via surveys or contests either through our website, mailing list or newsletters. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site and its products and services.
